These decades-old scotch whisky barrels are restored by expert coopers in the stunning Spey Valley. Then they’re kitted out with our cutting edge tech to deliver the life changing benefits of a cold dip a day.
On its coldest setting, the cold plunge barrel can chill the water to 3°C. To give you an idea, a typical plunge pool in a gym or spa is around 16°C. The Barrel is over 5 times colder than that. It’s ‘warmest’ setting is 10°C, giving you a range to find the right temperature and space to build your practice.
Every cold plunge barrel has a secret history. The only clues lie in the unique colourings left behind in the whisky, sherry or port-soaked oak. Restored by expert coopers in the Speyside Valley over a two-week process, each one is transformed and prepared for its next chapter.
